Our Warranty

Why "20 years" doesn't mean what you think
Plenty of companies in this industry advertise 10, 15, even 20-year or "lifetime" warranties. It sounds like total peace of mind. But read the fine print and most of these only cover one specific failure — the coating separating from the concrete — while excluding almost everything else that can actually go wrong: cracking, discoloration, tire marks, moisture damage, and more.

It's the same trick as a "lifetime" warranty on a phone screen protector — it only covers a manufacturing defect, not the crack you actually got.

Our approach
We'd rather tell you exactly what's covered, for how long, in plain language — and stand behind every word of it.

Coverage breakdown

  • Up to year 5: Full coverage.

  • Up to year 20 Unexplained peeling, flaking, or delamination of the coating from the concrete surface.

What's Not Covered

  • Concrete cracking or structural movement. Our warranty covers the coating — it doesn't prevent the concrete underneath from cracking due to ground shifting, freeze-thaw cycles, or other structural causes.

  • Damage from improper use — dropping an anvil, slamming down weights without a mat, or taking a flamethrower to the floor (you get the idea). If something's heavy or hot enough to damage the concrete underneath, it'll likely damage the epoxy too. If that happens, we're happy to come out and spot-repair or reseal the affected area.

Choosing who does your garage floor is a big decision — and warranty length is one of the most misleading ways to make it. Here's how we think about warranties, and why we'd rather give you less on paper and more in practice.
